Account Deletion
If you would like to permanently delete your ScarletBoxx account and all associated personal data, you can request account deletion directly from within the ScarletBoxx app.
Steps:
Open the ScarletBoxx app.
Sign in to your account.
Go to Profile > Customer Support
Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your deletion request.

For account deletion requests, once your identity is verified, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted. Certain information may be retained only where required by applicable law or for fraud prevention and security purposes.
One correction to your plan: don't tell users they must download the app to contact you. Google Play expects users to have a way to contact support even if they can't access the app (for example, if they've uninstalled it or are locked out).
